You can download a set of campaign-branded Teams backgrounds here.
Follow the instructions below once you have downloaded the files:

1. Find the zip file in your Downloads folder (or wherever your downloaded files are saved) and unzip or extract the images from the file. Save them to a folder where you will be able to find them.
2. To upload them to Teams, you need to join a call (even a past call) to open the “Preview” screen where you can see your face and pick backgrounds and filters.
2. Click “Effects and avatars”
3. Click “More video effects.”
4. Click “Add new” under the Backgrounds menu. Find the extracted images on your computer and upload them to Teams. This may take a couple minutes before they show up.
Note: If you are actively in a meeting and uploading the new backgrounds, you can find the “Add new” option by clicking on the downward arrow next to the camera icon in the top menu.
5. Click the “Show all” button with the three dots to find the images. They will be at the very bottom of the available background options.
6. Choose the background you would like to use. You may now either join your meeting or exit out of the preview screen. Your background choice should now show up the next time you join a Teams call.
Note: The logo will look backwards, or on the opposite side of the screen, from other participants using the backgrounds. It looks correct to others on the call.
